Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. To initiate a return, email us at shop@wickers.co.za with your order number and reason. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. Refunds apply only to the product price and not the delivery fee.
We take care to pack each product securely. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging, and email us within 48 hours at shop@wickers.co.za. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Our wicker products are best suited for covered outdoor or indoor use. Although durable, long-term exposure to rain and harsh sun can wear natural materials over time. We recommend keeping them dry or storing them under cover.
