1. Where are your products made?
All our products are handcrafted in Malawi by skilled local artisans using sustainable wicker harvested near the shores of Lake Malawi. Each item is unique and made with care using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
3. How much is delivery?
We charge a flat delivery fee of R100 nationwide within South Africa. This applies no matter how many items you order.
5. Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us directly at shop@wickers.co.za and we’ll try to assist.
7. What is your refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. Refunds apply only to the product price and not the delivery fee.
9. Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
We can assist with custom and bulk orders for lodges, restaurants, events, or interior designers. Please contact us for a quote.

Yes. All products listed on the website are available for immediate delivery from our local warehouse in Somerset West, South Africa.

6. Can I return or exchange an item
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. To initiate a return, email us at shop@wickers.co.za with your order number and reason. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take care to pack each product securely. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging, and email us within 48 hours at shop@wickers.co.za. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
10. Are your products weatherproof?
Our wicker products are best suited for covered outdoor or indoor use. Although durable, long-term exposure to rain and harsh sun can wear natural materials over time. We recommend keeping them dry or storing them under cover.
